How I work

From the first call to the live system

  1. Understand the work

    I start with the people who will use the system: what they do today, which numbers matter to them, and where things go wrong.

  2. Agree on the details

    Who sees what, how the numbers are calculated and what the reports show are agreed before building, so nothing surprises you later.

  3. Build in small steps

    Each part goes to a test copy you can open and try yourself, then to the live system.

  4. Check before launch

    Everything that touches money and data is checked automatically before each update goes live.

  5. Look after it

    Backups, monitoring and support after launch.
